Office hours are by appointment. If you need to schedule an appointment, please call our main office number at (614) 221-7464 or (800) 964-9969 and choose Option 2 between the hours of 8:30 am and 5:00 pm, except holidays. If you experience a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the closest emergency room.
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call us as soon as possible, preferably over 24 hours in advance, so we can reschedule your visit. Repeatedly cancelling or failing to notify us to reschedule can jeopardize your relationship in our practice.
Honoring your appointment time is very important to us and we plan ahead to ensure disruptions to schedules are kept to a minimum. However, since our physicians are subspecialists, they deal with the most complex diseases and procedures. This means that even during routine appointments, issues are often discovered during the exam, which requires immediate treatment or testing. On occasion, we may have to delay or reschedule your appointment time due to emergencies, urgent medical consultations, or surgical situations. We will make every effort to expedite your appointment or reschedule it quickly for your convenience.

When you call, you will be connected to our automated answering system that can assist you to contact the correct person in our office. Our staff is well trained to answer your questions. However, sometimes in order to answer your questions, we must contact your physician and relay your message. Rest assured, your call will be returned as soon as possible. If you have an emergency, please tell our staff so that we can properly triage your call.
After-Hours Service and Emergencies
We provide medical care to our patients 24-hours a day, 7 days a week. If you have an emergency during our office hours, please call (614) 221-7464 or (800) 964-9969 and we will instruct you how to proceed with the best course of action. Any care needed on evenings, weekends, and holidays, please call our main number (614) 221-7464 or (800) 964-9969 and our answering service will relay your message to one of our doctors, who will return your call in a timely manner. If you experience a serious or life-threatening emergency, call 911 or go to the closest emergency room.
If you need a prescription refill, please contact our office at (614) 221-7464 and choose Option 3. In order for us to process your request, please leave the following information:
Prescription refills will be sent to your pharmacy within 24-48 hours of receiving your request. If you need a prescription refill during an appointment, please alert your doctor and technician. This will make it easier for you and save you time.
Please bring all of your insurance information with you to your appointment, including your insurance card, your photo ID, and any changes that have been made since your last visit, so we can update your file with the current and most accurate data. Please be prepared to pay for services at the time of each visit. This includes any co-pays, deductibles, co-insurance, and non-covered services (such as refractions) as required by your insurance plan. We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Care Credit. For your convenience, there is an ATM in the lobby on the first floor.
We accept most major insurance plans and our staff would be happy to help you with your insurance coverage and file claims directly with your insurance plan. We participate with many plans in various networks. However, we may not participate in all plans provided by a specific insurance company. Before your visit, please contact the Member Services phone number on the back of your insurance card to determine if your doctor participates with your plan. If you do not have insurance, or if you have insurance with a plan with which we do not participate, please be prepared to pay in full at time of service. If you have financial difficulties meeting larger obligations, please speak to our patient account specialist. We will work with you to set up a reasonable payment plan.
